This is the main website of Working for Opportunities Trust, a Swindon-based charity whose main focus is on helping local disabled people to become confident and successful in seeking and staying in employment.

We provide a range of services related to this (normally free to disabled people), including disabilty equality training and our structured programme to give yourself the best chance of getting a job. We also have some useful advice on this site, information about current vacancies and links to other useful sites and resources.
